I've mostly been working through spreading SFZero via word of mouth, and have been able to get Julia Green, Justin O'Neill, The Revelator, Julie Anne, and Kisb to join, and most of them have gone on to invite several others each to play.

I've also added a linke to SFZero in the "Currently Playing" section of my profile on lj, and am passing word on to co-workers and classmates.
