Not necessarily a "fun" accident, but an accident nonetheless. I submit that nobody can plan on having an accident and thus can only complete this task retro-actively. As such, I feel that this accident is eligible, despite having happened some months ago.

During a late-night ride home on the freeway, our heroes were hit by drunk driver - one Ms. Christy Hollis - going about 60-70 miles per hour and forced into a ditch on the left side of the road while the offending vehicle spun out to the right and slammed tail-end first into a fence.
