Alright so, I saw this task and I thought to myself 'hmm... I use my phone book a lot at work, there is bound to be some crazy shit in there!' and there totally was, these are just two examples, i may try and upload more, but my camera-phone doesnt like close-ups of phonebook pages

This picture is big and blurry, but it shows a dog holding a leash, attached to a guy acting like a dog. More bondage/beastiality than S&M but, hey, it was in the phone book, and I use them ALOT at my job.

In case you cant see, this chef is posing karate-style, with a fork in one hand, and a knife in the other, pointing it at you. I dont know if this counts for s&m, but its ridiculous menacing....
