Not The intended Use by Vee

These are things I've been using for the past several years. The first picture is my makeshift window shade, which is in fact a wall scroll. It serves me well, although it does not cover the entire length of the window.
The second photo is of my ghetto mouse pad. I use an optical mouse, and my desk is too glossy for the mouse to work properly without something under it. I'm too cheap to buy a real mouse pad, so I make do with a piece of paper taped to my desk with masking paper.

This is the make-shift shade I use for my window. It is in fact a wall scroll, meant for hanging on walls.

Hooray for optical mice! Random sheets of paper really do make the best mousepads.
I keep a legal pad in my laptop bag for just that reason.

Shae: Thanks! :D
Augustus: I should probably get a legal pad for my laptop bag...
Funny, I have a wall scroll in the exact same position, except mine is there simply because it was the only place I could hang it in the dang room. They do happen to work pretty well as window shades though.
Welcome to the game!
