Trespassing the Future by Vee

INSTRUCTIONS: Go to a place you will not be able to go to in 10 years; for instance, a place under development that will never be the same again.

In Charlotte, there's an old theatre that's being renovated/restored. On top of it, they are building a condominium which is being named the Encore. It's a pretty impressive project. I have no idea when it's scheduled to be finished, but I guess we'll find out in the next few years to come.

I wasn't able to enter the building as all the entrances were locked and most of the area in front of it was fenced off. Enjoy what pictures I was able to get, though!
