There is SO much wrong with this picture!
I feel like I would ruin the fun if I listed all the things that I find confusing on this sign. Please feel free to talk amongst yourselves.

Well let's see:
-the last line isn't in quotes
-there isn't a period at the end of the statement

Oh, good god. My dad's lived near that sign for a decade. I lived by that sign for four years. I still walk by it every time I visit my family. Clement street is really a goldmine for this task, and a good source for excellent Chinese food and 99 cent light bulbs.
