Funny, Rainbow Bright and I were discussing the virtues of the trebuchet yesterday, not more than a few hours before you post this. Weird coincidence that so many had medieval siege weapons on their minds the last few days.

A fine effort! As ALWAYS superb documentation. What do you think the chances are of sucessfully stopping Lowteck using the trebuchet? Do you feel it strong enough to protect you and your family if he were charging at you with a LT5000 on his side?. And Have you though about using any other modified projectiles? Biological, chemical, super pointy?
(Since its a duel I personally feel that I can only vote on one of these until it is officially settled, but once the winner is officially declared I am comming back to vote. promise.)

I had a lovely series of photos on the making of the Lank shirt to provide this task with an update, but sadly my digital camera was stolen from my car two nights ago, so i guess there won't be any updates until Eddy or Anna make it to level 8. U of A pride!

I really like the new portrait!

"Shouldn't comments relate more to the completion itself and less to the formulaic rules of a game that seems to have very few rules spelled out?"

I agree, but comming from you i actually giggled a little. We have all done a little soapboxing in our times. Remember this one? "music to my ears" one of my fav's.

wow, you have been away for a long time. What has prompted your return?? Did you feel an empty place in your heart, achin' for sf0?

Long live Emperor Norton! What a beautiful pilgrimage. No doubt you have been imbued with his spirit as a result of the selfless offering of your owl.

I go way back with that owl, i guess i will need to go visit his grave just so i can kiss it again.

(Rainbow Bright likes owls!)

Congrats on defeating Senator Unit.

Thank you soooo much for the super vote! It's amazingly adorable, I am very touched. (and a little embarassed) This is definatly one of the coolest gifts ever! I know a perfect little important place that it is going to live.

I am very happy to report that blue ninja is getting along very well with orange ninja, they have become the fastest of friends. Morale has greatly improved in the ninja possie since his arrival. After the shock that they got from The Vixen, I thought they may never recover.

Reading this completion was sort of like an episode of this is your life. I am grateful you channeled this energy into a super vote, rather than stalking me or making a fan club, I am already turning into a pink bear from the redness in my cheeks, that would have been too much.

Capes & tiny ears make everything sweeter! I don't know what else to say, AWESOME!!

I couldn't believe it when Sean showed up with the satelite dish. Doorhenge gets good reception, even the more racy 'late night channels' if you will.

I brought a little wicker hot pad thing, to keep our steaming kettles from discoloring the table (or something). burn baby burn!
----

I also think that the power of the alter to our dear city is what summoned the workers to do the miraculous restoration of the henge after its terrible destruction.

Seeing the remains of the alter strewn about the ground and between the fallen mangled doors the night that doorhenge went down made me a little glassy eyed. Then seeing them lovingly gathered and placed in the fixed henge the very next afternoon made me very glassy eyed.
