Make A Task: The Task by Yoshi

March 17th, 2006 11:52 AM

INSTRUCTIONS: Make a task for the game San Francisco Zero. To add a task:

1) Go to your character page. You know, your home base (click your photo in the upper right once you're logged in).

2) Look in the second row of navigation up at the top. Click "add task".

3) You'll be taken to a form where you can name and describe your task, give it a location in SF (if it's location-based), assign it to one of the five groups (or "general"), and suggest a required score and the number of points the task awards.

4) You can add more than one task - they'll all be listed on your home page - but you can only get these 30 points once.

Once you add your task, you can complete this task. We'll make this automatic one of these days...

Create a survey or questionnaire of at least 10 questions of vital importance to a certain group or demographic: this could be security moms, NASCAR dads, San Francisco pedestrians, graduate students, white collar professionals, you name it. These questions may take the multiple-choice, open-ended, true/false, or classic strongly agree/strongly disagree formats.

Distribute the survey to at least 20 strangers in this group with instructions on how to send it back to you--whether via post, email, or carrier pigeon, it doesn't matter. Make broad, sweeping generalizations based on the data you've acquired and describe your findings here. Bonus points for charts and graphs.

Proposed score for this task 30 or 35.
