I think I'm getting a cold, so tomorrow I will go out and try to find some herbs to make rosemary mint tea. The recipe is as follows:
Ingredients
* 2 tablespoons rosemary, minced
* 2 tablespoons mint, minced
* 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
* 2 cups boiling water
So I found all of the ingredients. The mint was in my yard by an old greenhouse. I don't really know how it got there because we never planted it. The rosemary was in my neighbour's yard; yea, I hopped the fence and took it without asking. He's not going to miss it. The orange however was a little difficult to find. I had to walk two streets over and eventually found an orange bush (tree?) growing in front of a house, so I just walked up and picked an orange. Pretty good example of suburban harvesting, if I say so myself. I then cut up all the ingredients and brewed them in my tea set. The hardest part was making orange zest, as all I had was a santoku knife--a rather big blade for such fine cuts. The tea itself is quite good; I thought the rosemary might give it a funky flavor, but it didn't. Well, I feel a little better, but I think it may have more to do with the vitamin C in the orange I felt obligated to eat than the tea.

Gummy bears do not get sick or drink tea. But if they did get sick, and they did drink tea, they would definitely try this recipe.

Simple. Elegant.
