I decided to use this task to reexamine something very familiar. Before i started college, we used to drive up to the mountains nearly every week to go skiing. Always the same route, always to the same resort. I literally have this stretch of road memorized. This time, rather than zoning out and ignoring my surroundings, i decided to document all the interesting things that popped up along the way.
As a result, this series of photos is very much a journey from point a to point b. It also seems, for me at least, to really convey the feeling of being confined to a car.
