so this was steven parea's idea and it turns out one of the CABC is a Bart Geopsycho member and so we set out to walk the golden gate...we were supposed to meet at the niccolettes house but kussi and stevan were running late...jesus told me to go...so we did. paul k the hotness she is, niccolette the sweet treasure and crzy bones piled into my piece o sweet and went across the golden gate bridge...it was a nice foggy day and we thought that the tourists would be in low supply...
However, they were not...she has never seen so many rent a bikes as she has while walking across the bridge. it made things very difficult as it is her impression that most of them do not realize that we walk/drive/live on the right side (no matter how many of us would rather live on the left side) this was frustrating when you compare how quickly and easily you make it acroos the bridge while driving.
one big big big difference between walking and driving is the amount you feel the bridge move. Crzy bones thought she was going to be crzy sick this bridge MOVES and not only that but youve got 35 mph winds from jesus trying to blow you over the side. ADD into this the effect of cars driving by at 93 mph o and the freakin byciclists who act like they own the freaking pathway. EXSCUME CRZY BONES BUT JUST BECAUSE YOU BIKE ACROSS THE BRIDGE DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO BLOW THREW PEOPLES PICTURES OR OUTRIGHT RUN INTO NICOLLETE...this makes crzy bones want to throw you OVER THE MU.FU.IN BRIDGE!!! and jesus DID tell me it was ok so yous better watch out!!!
suffice it to say she did enjoy the walk across and look forward to BIKING across should she ever get a bike...
O...PS...I took video in lieu of snapping pictures and put them together with some rockin music thanks to michael franti and spearhead!!! yes!!!!
O...PSS the visor you see in the below pictures is gone...after a 6 year long relationship it was sacrificed to SF0 and jesus (of course) to complete this task...the winds really were that strong and well jesus told me she wanted it!

Nicolette: the stroll was so fun, even though is was crazy windy. its weird to have lived in SF and never have walked across the bridge. i dont drive, so its a rare occasion for me to go across the bridge at all. i do ride my bike a lot, and cant wait to go for the golden gate ride. the only person I know with a bike is my boyfriend, so I know he's going to do a back flip when I tell him I want to ride the bridge, we'll probly go the distance, too. But I WILL NOT be rude to the tourist, such as one man was to me. It was such a weird experience to be treated by a person like that who was on a bike. I ride, and I respect pedestrian. I believe in following traffic laws on a bike ( since the SFBC promotes the allowance of full use of lane) but this man was just rude. He treated me and other people surrounding the 'incident' with a total lack of respect for pedestrians.
Even though it wa a quick journey, as i had to be to work, we enjoyed it very much. When we got to the parking lot, we did a total opposite tourist thing and started taking pictures of out of state license plate, but we did go into the gift shop. We spent about 2 minutes there and booked it out of there. I really wanted a hot dog, but the burrito xchange came up. so we all met up at my house to sng some work clothed and high tailed it to La Tortilla.
