When I first saw this task I could not think of an artifact to make but then I realized that I was thinking too hard and decided on something rather simple. A prehistoric shank.

As you can see I gathered up a pen, an arrowhead, some thread, and a scrap of leather

Here you can see that I jammed the arrowhead into the pen body

After j-j-j-jammin it in I proceded to bind the leather to the pen with the white thread

The finished product. Fairly nice if I do say so myself
