INSTRUCTIONS: Whilst in Scotland, I couldn't help but notice that along the roadway, there were signs posted, simply saying, "Thank You". These signs were as regular as stop signs, or speed limit signs.
I asked my grandfather,"why are there Thank You signs posted?"
He replied,"Well, it's thanking us for driving safely. Also, if you can't read the sign, you're driving too fast."
He may have been telling the truth, but I preferred to interpret the sign at face value, like a bumper sticker that says, "Don't be a jerk." Just "Thank You".

Make a Thank You sign, and post it appropriately.
Thank you.

Saying "Thank You" at random sounds nice. I think Sunday is a great day to take that on. I have a few other tricks up my sleeve today as well, but let's start with being grateful.

Hmmm

Hmmm

What to do... not too big, maybe some smaller signs....

Thanks!

Thanks!

There they are, my small, simple and delightful thank you signs. Teeny tiny and just right to sneak places.

Construction Zone - Pretty Sign

Construction Zone - Pretty Sign

Two things... They are doing construction by my road. I wonder if anyone stops to tell them thank you. Well now Monday when they come in, they will see a thank you note taped up by their work zone. (I almost taped it to the barrel, but.... I didn't want to get in trouble!) Secondly there is a nice sign with butterflies on it below saying that the home in the yard behind it is for sale... I work for a sign company, and the world needs more signs in plain fonts with pretty decorations. Thank You construction guys, our road will be so wide and pretty. Thank you business people, that's a pretty sign to help beautify our neighborhood!

From the window!

As I drove by, I knew someone on foot would notice it. When I bike it to work in the morning, I'll double check it's up securely. I've packed extra tape just in case. After tomorrow I may take it down, as I don't want to litter. :(

Starbucks Pottyroom!

Starbucks Pottyroom!

The staff at my local Starbucks is super great. They keep a clean well ran store, and the bathroom is ALWAYS spotless. Thanks guys, that's really appreciated. Also customers and employees, thanks for washing your hands and keeping things sorted so whoever does have to clean, doesn't have too much to put up with! :) Well, there's my Thank Yous! Little stuff, but hopefully appreciated. Also, to sf0 peoples, thanks for maintaining such a cool site!
