Language "Encryption" by ananas

June 11th, 2006 10:25 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Using online translation tools, "encrypt" some text (that you write or find) by translating it multiple times into different languages and then back into English.

For instance, "The drive to play San Francisco Zero" translated from English to German to French to Italian to English again becomes "The order of Saint game Francisco".

I used the phrase, "For best results, stick it in the fridge", a phrase commonly found on all vitamin water bottles. (closest thing to my right hand) I used BABELFISH Translation, and off I went translating it from ENGLISH to ITALIAN to FRENCH to PORTUGUESE and then back again to ENGLISH.

and the result....

"for the results best, attacchilo in the coolant"

I have concluded that attacchilo comes from Italian, and that coolant must be the translator's synonym for "refrigerador" from portuguese.
