Homemade hot sauce, roughly 7 times hotter than Frank's Red Hot. I have tried it before twice, once on it's own, and the other in a small amount of Kraft Dinner. It has flavor, which you taste immediately, but after a second or two, the heat builds up. It's a good burn.
