A letter to my friend erin, who i haven't talked to since last spring, as we both were consumed by activities as summer approached...

Hey, I haven't talked to you in a long while. As I recall, we got incredibly busy when summer rolled around. How have you been? I feel dissapointed to have only had the opportunity to meet you once, especially considering that the one time was when I was very sick. I actually have a lot of friends down in santa cruz and visit occasionally. Perhaps I can say hello during my next trip. I miss our lengthy letters. It's always nice logging in and having a new message (though, I'm sure you always have new messages awaiting).

So how is your first year of college going? I've been having my own interesting adventures. Not the least of which is joining the ballroom dance team at my school. I've even won some awards :). I finally got my suit of armor together too, so I'm doing sword fighting in my armor now. Even had a tournament yesterday. It was a lot of fun. I'm still waiting for pictures from the event.

Anyhow, I hope to hear back from you sometime,
