This isn't the most beautiful photo, I'm aware, but it's of the tower, and more importantly is a reminder of the best view I've ever had. I lived on 29th and Anza in the outer Richmond and I miss waking up to see this every morning.

It was a weird room and a weird time, but this view could make everything better. I'm sure it sounds silly, but I'd just sit at my desk and stare out the window. Books and papers all around me but ignored.

I miss that view. I don't miss the roommates who never washed dishes or the ex I was dating at the time, etc. etc. etc. But this view.
