Death Kava by Camel O'Rama

November 1st, 2010 10:00 AM

INSTRUCTIONS: Eat a food that frightens you.

Sushi & other raw & exotic foods....

Who the hell eats raw fish anyway....eeewwwww

A friend of mine is the food adventure king & unfortunately - i did not know that until the encounter.

As a Guamanian - he eats all kinds of strange things.

So he invites me over to his house for a get together.... Sure - I love BBQ and eating....YEAH

The first thing when i walked in the door - Fresh, Live Shrimp

Damn thing kicked me in the face like that acid stomach commercial with the slapping taco...
Sweet & slippery is all I can say about that....

I knew I was in trouble when i saw cow intestines in a big ass pan.....but that comes later

This guy here - was the cook for the evening. A sushi chef with many many years of experience and even worked in Japan. You can see the freshly smacked on the edge of the sink fish we shall eat.

There were so many different kinds of raw fish & this was by far the most pretty looking...

You are welcome to view the pictures in my evidence file

I was please with most of the dishes but was very happy when the BBQ ribs came off the grill as they were the first thing of the evening that was actually cooked...

And - no, i did not try the cow guts.....
