From the Jardin d'agronomie Tropicale in Paris. There are a bunch of ruined buildings scattered throughout the park, and although they all have fences/ no tresspassing signs around them, it's pretty easy to get in.

found a way in!
at the top of the stairs there was a small room with this old movie camera in it.
I went back outside and walked around the back of the building, where I found this gate...
...and then this door.
