Ceramics! I loved throwing on the wheel and hand sculpting. Since i got out of college i just have not had time or space (or money to rent space). Unfortunately it's something that requires two of the most valuable commodities out there.
When i was 11 i was in an art show, local and silly, for ceramics. I had made three different "rooms". A Living room, Kitchen, and a Baby's room. The living room was complete with a TV that had a potted plant with ivy leaves. The kitchen had this awesome little faucet in the sink and refrigerator. The Baby's room had a blanket and rug stamped with this sheep cookie cutter.
I think my mom still has these. Will try to get pictures from her. THe experience and release of working with my hands was awesome. I think part of that has translated to all of the time i spend TYPING on my computer : )

I think you missed the point of the task, which was not so much to write about your childhood, but to "go do it again."
Did you work with ceramics again for this task?
