Observe, everything I ate in a five day span:
(For my own sanity I have omitted: Spices, Vitamins, Additives and Preservatives. It would be nigh on impossible to actually list them, since I eat out so often. And it would horrify me to see the amount of Polysorbate 80 I consumed)

It certainly looks a lot healthier with the omissions of the chemicals and additives, but I'm sure I've eaten a solid brick of synthetic additives in this lot. All in all this is a pretty average representation of my diet. I'm an omnivore, through and through. Also, I skip breakfast frequently, and make up for it with enlarged later meals. I have to knock that off; it makes me half-useless in the early morning
I am suprised with the variety of food I eat, but I'm more shocked by the fact that I did not prepare a single meal of this on my own... This is slightly worrisome. How disconnected have I become with food? It's entirely presented to me in exchange for money. This absraction concerns me...
