Trash Liberation by Cameron

On my way to work to day, I spotted a particularly garrish shade of purple from inside a trash can in the Presidio Heights district. I swung my bike around to investigate, and was greatly rewarded for doing so. Inside the can, sticking out, was a styrofoam container, containg something plastic and purple. I opened it up to find the most beautiful thing I had seen all morning (I had just woken up).
It was a purple plastic tic tac toe board, with rotating green blocks to mark your spaces. It had to be mine. I fetched it from it's white foam prison and awkwardly held it to the handlebars. After much fussing, I finally found a way to hold it without wobbling. I was so impressed, I took a picturee of this, which caused me to wobble again, and drop my cel phone which went skidding into the street.
After I caught my balance again, it was a long slow wobbly ride up the Arguello hill and down into the presidio; but I have since installed the beautiful device downstairs, in a place of fun and mirth where it will be enjoyed by all. Forever.

Yeah, it's missing the bean bags, so now it's an old fashioned hand operated tic-tac toe board.
When I brought in to my co-horts, the first question was: Where are the bean bags?
I pass within a block of your old digs every day. I added it to the new Treasure Map.
You lay it so it's flat on the ground, and toss beanbags at it, aiming for the square you want and the way you want it to turn so you mark it right. It's possible to miss or mark a square with the wrong mark. "Tic-Tac-Throw" or something?

You probably passed by my old apartment, right on Arguello and California.
