Ok,

Raleighs, a wonderful bar and eatery on Telegraph Ave in Berkeley, has apparently been closed due to an ABC Infraction (I think its related to selling liquor to minors) - the building looks sad and abandoned, so I figured I should inform underaged drinkers on the appropriate way to become intoxicated without harrasing bars.

The taped on Index card says the following:

Hey Kids,

Just ask one of your telegraph friends to buy you booze outside.
Dont close down our Bars.
