Related to the Food Eating Contest we did I had a bet with some other guy, he said he could easily fit 6 of the cake like cookies in his mouth.
If he could, he was allowed completely trash my old cell phone, if he couldn't, i was allowed to completely trash his. Needless to say if you saw the movie connected to the Food Eating Contest, he couldn't fit 6 cookies in his mouth, so it was time for some trashing!
First off, the plan was to throw the cell phone (i think it was a Nokia 8210) off a very high building, but we cancelled that because of the danger of people getting hit. We decided to put the phone in a bench vice. At first the phone only bended, but then it suddenly snapped out of it. So we decided to put it in the other way. This worked better, the phone completely crushed, and we could very well see the display and the cover break. Also the PCB's inside got completely ruined.
Now the phone was a lot less dangerous, so we decided that we could throw it off the building after all. We threw it from the 6th floor, when it hit the ground, the PCB's fell apart even more. We also lost some parts because the wind blew them away.
What's left of the phone is a very cracked cover, with some parts of the PCB's still in it. The layer under it's "keyboard" is also quite intact.
We sure had great fun destroying the cell phone!
