Document A Construction by Bill

INSTRUCTIONS: Document A Construction

For our wedding, my wife's parents gave us $800 for bedroom "furniture". My wife loves IKEA and decided that we should purchase that and put it all together. Well, *I* should put it all together -- that's how it always goes.

I documented the construction of *her* dresser because I was too busy being pissed off with little plastic and die cast pieces on *my* dresser to bother with documenting anything except my anger over the popularity of that expensive garage-sale quality furniture.

I think that the entire construction took about 3.5 hours per dresser set and took place over a weekend. It's surprising, I know, but it actually took longer to shop for the stuff than it did to put it together.

A funny sidenote... Now that it is all put together, I don't think she has filled up half the drawers available -- that could be considered a good thing too!
