Dimensional Leakage by ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

June 21st, 2014 11:06 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Obtain a plaque from the past, future, or an alternate dimension that commemorates the historical significance of a public place or object (statue, park bench etc.). Install and observe.

Once upon a midday dreary, I stumbled upon a rip in time-space with a piece of flimsy cardboard sticking out. Now, on any other day, I would have shoved this piece of cardboard back through the rip in order for it to be returned to its rightful dimension. However, on this day, I was feeling overwhelmed with adventurous spirit.

Also, my leg was grabbed by a hand that I didn't see which was also protruding from the portal. It was behind the cardboard.

The hand, luckily, also had a body attached to it. The body of a near-dead raggedy looking gentleman. He didn't say much with his last breath, but he did give me directions and instructions on what to do with the cardboard. To fulfill the dying wish of the unfortunate man, I delivered this cardboard to its rightful position to stay forevermore. Of course, he could have easily been talking about putting it in that location is his dimension, but the portal closed after he died and I kicked his corpse back to the other side of the rip. Oh well.

In loving memory of the fallen:

"Upon this soil lies the final outpost for the apposing homeless soldiers of the great hobo rise of 2030. Although these brave men & Women lost their lives on that fateful July afternoon, their lives of hobo-ry will live on in our hearts. their loss was not in vain, as their next of kin were allowed to stay under the 205-Bridge. We believe this would have made them happy. - Homeless Comitee of Washington"

I guess it hasn't been built yet. I'm sure by 2030 it will be done, and they'll be able to use it.
