So, like Sara, I'm probably not eligible for bonus points - I've played bass for a few bands, so any stage jitters are, at least, not new. But this was my first time playing mostly "solo" in front of an audience (albeit in my apartment, and in front of friends and friends of friends).

The Paraleisural Uninsurance Temp Agency was a fake band Ian and I started, along with Sam and a rotating crew of other friends and significant others, when we were both uninsured, only temporarily employed, and periodically playing night golf in the park (this will have to count as "paraleisure"). We played one concert at an apartment in Chicago, after canceling our first First Show when Tarden ran away earlier that day.

This time, we had a concert at the top-secret but-not-quite-MPLS-proof SFZero headquarters, more prominently featuring Lowteck, Devin, and Sara's band Go Away Please Stay. I played a "set" of four Paraleisure songs plus "Tainted Love" (going more for the original soul version). I had fun, and now I'm hoping for some more public music playing with a new band (kinda NSFW, and fellow asshole Matt: I've stolen your band name) in the works...
