Well this seemed like quite a simple task. As a start I used the broccoli cat to demonstrate my satisfaction with Thompson & Morgan's collection of broccoli seeds. So I sent them an email.

For the second part I contacted Currys, a British digital retailer, from where I really did buy my laptop. I typed out an email asking about why my warranty was voided and then showed a picture of the damage. This of course being warranty cat.



I am hoping to get replies quite soon. :)
