Confuse A Plant by Shan
November 16th, 2007 2:12 PM
The word confuse has a few lesser-known meanings. One of these is "to assemble without order or sense; jumble."
Simple enough. Much simpler than causing a plant "to feel embarrassment," and easier on the conscience as well. An embarrassed plant is a sad plant. And I suspect that most plants already are "unable to think with clarity or act with intelligence or understanding," though I might be wrong.
I decided that I should not "bring to ruination" (archaic) any plants that were already alive. A quick trip to the grocery store, however, revealed a bounty of orderly-arranged plants ready to be jumbled together.
Voila... some very confused plants (and a healthy side dish as well)!

bah, there doesn't seem to be any way to sign up for it again, even as a collaborator. we'd have to enlist someone else...

If you wanted to do this task again, you can edit this proof, or even un-submit the proof and re-submit it later...

In the world of Posh Nosh there is a lot of embarrassing and confusing that happens to vegetables and fruit. Mostly lemons, tho.

Looks like I'll have to wait until after Shan comes back from vacation for that. But that's fine - all the better to let this plant get complacent and drop its guard...
Shannon, I think I just got a brilliant idea to really confuse the plant on my desk. But I'll need your help...
I'll come over to your cube. I can't talk here - he'll hear me.
