Annoyance Theater by Vladimir o'Conner

In modern day life, we are offered several luxuries by our fellow man. One such luxury is the indoor ceiling fan. But let me ask you this: why the hell couldn't the creaters of such wonderful devices make them without the maddening racket that comes along with the machinary? It's driving me INSANE!!!!
I've developed a theroy that the annoying sound associated with the modern ceiling fan is an effort by a secret faction of corporate American to keep us from getting too comfortable, but not overly noticably so. This causes us to unconciously seek out a material solution to this discomfort, feeding their pocketbooks.
REVOLT!!!!

And what better way to rid that noise then noise-canceling headphones, available at Radioshack!
