Final concord, 4 Apr 2007
This is the final agreement made in the court of the Great Sessions of the Great General Odierno in the county of Camp Victory, held at Al FAW Palace in the aforesaid county on Wednesday the fourth of April after the conquest, by the grace of God, President Bush, defenders of the faith, and everyone else who had a hand in it in the presence of the justices, Stephen Song, petty officer to the law, and Adam Yundt, esquire, and other faithful subjects of the Great General Odierno then there present; Between Sgt Walker, querent, and IT1 Ayotte, deforciant, concerning twenty three acres of land, with appurtenances in the parish of Houston, concerning which a plea of covenant had been summoned between them in the same court. Namely that the aforesaid IT1 Ayotte has recognized the aforesaid tenements with appurtenances to be the right of the same Sgt Walker; as being that which the same Sgt Walker had of the gift of the aforesaid IT1 Ayotte, and she has remised and quitclaimed it for the same IT1 Ayotte and her heirs, the aforesaid Sgt Walker and his heirs forever. And moreover the same IT1 Ayotte has granted for herself and her heirs that she herself will warrant the aforesaid tenements with appurtenances to the aforesaid Sgt Walker and his heirs against all men forever and for this acknowledgement, remise, quitclaim, warrant, fine and agreement, the same Sgt Walker has given to the aforesaid IT1 Ayotte absolutely nothing.
(The original deed was written in a lovely script called Harrington, which made it look all the more legal and official.)
Sgt. Walker, known as "Texas Ranger" was immensely appreciative of the gift of land. IT2 Song, upon witnessing the transfer of the property, then demanded some property of his own.
Alas, I can only complete each task once...

Legal speak make brain hurt! I’m gonna need a translator on this one.
