Currently, the palace has been taken over by Joint Forces. It's not your average HQ, but it does the trick.
I know this task is mysterious, but i was wondering if it was also doable? I've been anxiously awaiting instruction ever since I joined the game...looking forward to solving the mystery!
Personally, and this is just my opinion as the task's creator, I think that looking at the lists of what people want is cheating. My vision for this task is for others to try and put themselves in our shoes - If you were here, what would you want? Or, maybe you have a unique perspective and will come up with something that the recipient didn't even know he or she wanted.
On another note, I kinda like the catch 22 idea. I've seen a few people around here reading "Slaughterhouse Five," but no one with Catch-22.

The bottom picture is a stock photo that can be found all over the internet.
The top picture is of a real cat named bella that belongs to a nice guy in Minnesota. It's certainly possible that Marc knew about the stock photo and arranged the beer bottle and remote by Bella deliberately, but he definitely didn't pose the cat. That is one lazy cat - check out the photos:Bella
