It was April 15th, I believe, when I first posted the document, with all due sneakiness, in the kitchen nearest my humble cube.
I hate to be one to ruin a good story with a non-ending, but it's been well over three months, and it is still there, beside the instructions on how to print double-sided (to save paper), the request for chartable donations, and so on.
Perhaps I should have picked a less progressive (or at least less apathetic) place of employment, but on second thought, no.
With any luck it will be there when I move on, and perhaps inspire a thought in some other employee.
I will keep you updated.

It has been moved, but not removed.
January 14th, 2011 update:
The board has been reorganized but the UNUDHR is still there.
