I recorded morning birdsongs of the Mission District and afternoon birdsongs of Russian Hill on Sunday, February 12, 2006. If you listen to the first recording carefully, you can hear two different birdsongs. Oddly enough, the birds outside my window in the second recording went completely silent just seconds after I finished recording. They started up again five minutes later.
