Lucid Dreaming
There was a time in my life that I smoked. I discovered as I tried to quit that while I was on the patch it became hard to fall asleep, but when I could sleep I found that I could control my dreams and that I wasn’t a slave to them. That was the coolest part about my failed attempt to quit smoking so from time to time I force myself into a state that allows my to lucid dream here is what I did to help myself Lucid Dream.
Materials Used:
1 Djarum Black Clove Cigarette
6mg Melatonin
355ml of Diet Pepsi
Meditation Exercises – 15 mins or so
I went outside and took the 2 x 3mg melatonin pills. Melatonin is what your brains makes to put you to sleep, it’s a hormone made in your penal glad of your brain. I also drank half of the diet Pepsi and processed to power smoke the Djarum. Cloves help me relax a bit and seeing how I was about to force my body to intake hormones, poison, and pure caffeine joy I better be a little relaxed. I used to use Camel Lights they work just as well, the goal is a little bit of nicotine to raise your blood pursuer and heart rate just a little bit. Nothing to heavy I recommend a light cigarette of a clove. After my power smoke off I grabbed an Emer’gen-C *basically a Tangerine flavored vitamin drink but in powered form* put it all in my mouth and finished the Pepsi and ran off to bed as quickly as humanly possible. I needed to get into my sleep cycle as fast as I could because I didn’t want the nicotine and caffeine to mess with my sleep just yet.
Before I did all of this I did a couple of mediation techniques I learned at church to help me focus on what I wanted to do, this is important! You have to train your brain to wake up and to see if it’s in a dream or not, I always try to see if I have 6 or 7 fingers if I find myself with 6 fingers then I know I’m in a dream.
It worked it was raining outside of my house so I looked down and noticed that the rain was warm and Green. I knew this was a dream so I started running super fast! It was great because I can’t run this fast, then I slipped and was awoken by my cat…damn cat after all that work I have a super short lucid dream and now I can’t get back to sleep.

Wow, I'm really excited to try this.
