Trespassing
This neighbor of mine has this HUGE sign saying no Trespassing, he’s just asking for someone to trespass with a sign like this. It had to be done.

This area is huge, the sign is also huge its over 7 feet tall and can be seen on google earth

I like how you included the google map.
Were you prosecuted to the full extent of the law?
Maybe you already elluded to that in the discription.
I should read those, I just like pictures better.
