Trespassing by lie fromsf

September 8th, 2009 11:03 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Go somewhere you are not allowed to go.

Trespassing.
The art of going where signs, man, the man, your mom, fences and others say is OFF LIMITS!
Today I was let go early from work. I knew that I wanted to go check out that little drain into the bay by Warm Water Cove.
It's dark, murky and there is an old desk chair lodged near it.
Signs say it's dangerous.
Signs say that people are not allowed.
If a cop showed up I'd probably get arrested.
At low tide I went in.
A few tags here and there and the obvious marks of what will happen if I linger. The marks of HIGH TIDE!!!
I couldn't get too far in.
As the water was beginning to rise past my bare feet on the hard cold shattered concrete, it was time to leave.
Climbing out and hopping across the rip rap rocks over to safety I realized I didn't take any pictures of the inside.
Yet pictures are for those who doubt themselves.
It's beautiful in an industrial way.
And I know that.
That is all that matters.
Take that DO NOT GO IN!! signs.
