Last Saturday my friend, DJ Tim "love" Lee, curated a day of musical entertainment at an annual summer event called Warm-Up, held at the contemporary art museum PS1 in Long Island City, Queens. I didn't go with the intention of completing an SF0 task. I just went to have a boogie. However, the second act of the day, Wunmi, was sooooo awesome, I found myself video-ing. And then it was all over...the day became in service of my task... To Compile Some Footage. What struck me, and what I hope hope hope is conveyed in the video, is the abundance of joy!!! the energy was incredible and persisted for the entire 5 hours. If you don't have time to watch the whole 3 minutes, watch the first minute and fast forward to the last 30 seconds -- i think the day's essence is captured in the last couple videos.
