Restoration by L P

November 6th, 2007 8:42 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Many of these tasks completions are temporary: transitory bursts of inspired silliness and brilliance that fade away with the passing days.

Choose a task completion that tickled your fancy but, alas, is no longer with us.

Restore it to its former glory.

I'm crossing my fingers that I understand this task correctly... I'm really really hoping that it's telling me I can resurrect Long Haired Freaky People Need Not Apply, and respond to it here myself, because it's my favorite thing to look at when I need a laugh! I know what I've come up with so far can't possibly compete with the rest of yours, but hopefully it will bring as much of a smile to your faces as yours have to mine!!

I knew gas prices were high, but...

Every time I pass this gas station, there's something new to laugh at.

I know they have these conflicting one way signs everywhere you go, but I still don't get it.

Good photographs. Gasoline is quite confusing.

To answer your question about this task, it calls for a restoration of someone else's completion of the task, not a restoration of the task itself. For example, the reconstruction of Door Henge.

It is not uncommon for players to request the unretirement of a task, as well, if they feel they must post to an old task.

But mostly, I suggest looking through the active tasks. There are more than enough to keep even the most unsatiable players up to their ears in projects.

He's right...
