I do know her, and omg that's disturbing.
I'm pretty sure that's just you... I could've also chosen to go directly for the sketchy pot of coffee at school available to grad students (for a very small fee). I do have *some* standards. Fresh, decent-quality coffee is a must, even if it's not perfect. Freebasing the grounds... um, no thank you. I'd have considered chocolate espresso beans if I'd been able to easily obtain them, however (hey, the coffee was right there!)
Fortunately you don't have to know if you're flagged, because odds are you won't. Gag orders are usually invoked.
I like this one. However, I echo mat defiler's demands that you leave your apartment for moar tasks.
Shia Astoria: Thank you! And you know, it would be interesting to see other people try this map-- they might be reluctant to use one that's been used already, but I, for one, would be really fascinated to see how people could fit it to other spaces.
I agree! Well done!
I particularly like the melty typewriter and the dot matrix printer complete with printout. Creepy!
It's at an intersection on a large university campus with a lot of pedestrian and car/bus traffic. It probably does do some good in reducing death-defying pedestrian antics as people rush to class, lunch, or the bus, and it probably helps remind drivers to slow down and mind the students (since some do still cross anywhere). What's strange is that there's another one at a significantly less busy intersection a block away. I can't figure that one out at all.
