The weather here in Anchorage, AK has been extremely wet, for almost 4 weeks now, and I am getting kinda tired of it. So to briefly get my mind and maybe someone else's mind off all this rain I decided to get a tropical plant. And for a split second I was in paradise, everything was warm and it was nice, unfortunately this ever so quick, but yet oh so delightful, daydream came crashing down once I stepped outside.


Soon after, I headed over to pick up my friend Hilary; who helped me with documenting of this task. As I told her about what I was doing I realized that I hadn't really thought up a good location to place this plant. Then she came up with the idea of placing it in a place that had absolutely no plant life what so ever...

It was perfect! Not a single plant in site. (not including mine) Origanaly I wanted to put it in a high spot and have people kind of look at it and be like "how did you get up there" but everything was too high to climb, so we went with the next best thing.




Right in front of someone's car. We where thinking about sitting around and waiting for this person to show so we could record their reaction to this random plant that has appeared in front of their car...but we decided against that. Hopefully that plant make that person's day.
