Trespassing the Future by Final Zero, Susatron

After a full stomach of cookies and milk we were determined to complete one more task before the day was over (or before Kakazui had to go home, whatever came first). Back to SF0 we went, and the hunt for a new task was afoot! Scrolling up and down the page countless times looking for a task that would satisfy our hunger that milk and cookies could not fulfill. As soon as we found the task we signed up for it and set off into the world.
As we drove around scoping out location of were we could go (also picking up our friend Lynn and coming up with a new task at the same time), we first came across some houses being built.
This would be the basement/crawlspace I guess
We had done it! We completed our second, but there was a bit of a problem...we had only killed about 30 minutes. So we hopped back into the car and drove some more, eventually we ended up on then other side of town. It was like we had struck gold, almost every where we looked there was something under construction/development. Then we opened our eyes a bit more and saw that it was fools gold. From schools to road ways to restaurants, it nothing special. We had one more spot of hope.

I didn't see anything that revealed on what this location is going to be, but this structure was no where near as tall as any of the other ones around. Hopefully this is going to be some storage place for one of the stores (Victoria Secret maybe).

So many questions,
Where was this? What is it? When will it be inaccessible? why? What fun times?
It seems like there's a story behind this photo, but what it is, we don't know.
I must warn you, this may be flagged by other players, it may be a good idea to unsubmit it, write up your story, and resubmit. Perhaps with a few more photos.
