There is something to be said about a nice well aged Barracuda grilled over a bed of mesquite charcoal. In this case, the Barracuda was born in 1968 and was caught in 1996. A light dusting of mesquite charcoal powder, a few strokes with a pair of vietnamese chopsticks, and perhaps 2006 will be the year you get to dine on this beauty of fish. Of course, if you do not reside in California, there is no way you can catch this one, as the orginal plate is destined to remain black and yellow...
