Work is So Strange by Selahsaurus

September 24th, 2010 12:14 AM

INSTRUCTIONS: Describe in some detail the strangest thing that happened to you at work in the past week. If you don't work, describe the strangest thing that happened to you during a leisure activity.

Today I started working as a PSO... for those of you who dont know, that's a dignified way of saying I am the person on the other end of the line when you need a, how do you say, helping hand? In the middle of the night. Its not very dignified, but hey, at $24 an hour, who cares? Feeds the kid, and all that jazz.

So, I did 2 hours of work today before I had enough. In those two hours. I was a Dominatrix 4 times, a sexy, lonely 18 year old twice, and older, more mature woman (32) who had just had a loooong day at work, and a tiny asian on vacation looking to have some fun.

Also, during orientation, it was explained to me in great detail how best to handle a client who was interested in bestiality... simply talk about rolling around naked on a fur rug. That's a nice, LEGAL change of direction, am I right? Well, I'm glad someone told me how to handle that situation, because quiet frankly, when I get a call where the man says 'hey, I have my dog next to me, and he's licking my balls,' I am not sure how to handle that and still get paid.

"cow" and "boy" are both 169 on a phone keypad? i imagine that caused some tension for people in your line of work.

Jeff Mangum did a funny...ish... thing on that subject.
