CHEAT! by miss understanding

I knew what I wanted to do for this task as soon as I signed up, but I kept ending up at the theater with people who had already purchased our tickets online. It also didn't help that for awhile it was slim pickens as far as movies worth leaving the house for go. See I noticed awhile back that the Fandango machines at movie theaters have the option to select either a) regular ticket b) senior ticket or c) child ticket. The difference in each choice being that senior and childrens tickets are cheaper (yes, it may only be $1 or so difference, but I work hard for my dollars and find theater prices to be outrageous these days!). I was called on it once by a ticket taker, who simply told me that I had to go to the counter and exchange my "incorrect" ticket for the right one and pay the difference. What was humorous about that was while I was doing the exchange, there was a couple at the next window doing the same thing. The person at the window just asked for my name and such and I wrote down some random, half correct information. It seems I am not alone in my cheating.
For some reason I read that it was an elderly couple: "No, ma´m, you can´t enter with those tickets, those are for younger folks! You´re gonna need to go back and exchange them! And it better be the last time!"
