So it's finally cold enough for me to wear a long sleeve shirt, hooray! Oh no, it looks like my shirt collar is wrinkled!

Yes, it needs to be ironed. But...wait....I don't yet own an iron. Yes, I've lived on my own for six years but have yet to buy my own iron. I have no idea where my new roomies keep theirs-if they have one.

Not a shocker, since it does have the word "iron" in it's name. Tada! I am able to put off buying an iron for just a wee bit longer.

I own a standard iron and my hair is unruly sometimes. Would I dare?
I know a couple of gals who had hair long enough to use a regular iron to straighten it. It certainly did the job and it didn't look half bad, but I am not sure such extreme heat is good for the hair.
Wow, you saved my life!! I hate ironing... especially when all I need to straighten is a collar.
I wonder what a curling iron would do...

Hmm. I own a soldering iron...
This task made me think 'Wow, I wish I had enough hair to justify owning a flat iron.' (the moustache doesn't count). Then I read what is proposed in the name of science and am quite happy to have no way to participate. Eegads.
Plus, it heats faster and is easy to use on collars! Votes for an utterly sensible completion!
