I own a standard iron and my hair is unruly sometimes. Would I dare?
I know a couple of gals who had hair long enough to use a regular iron to straighten it. It certainly did the job and it didn't look half bad, but I am not sure such extreme heat is good for the hair.
Wow, you saved my life!! I hate ironing... especially when all I need to straighten is a collar.
I wonder what a curling iron would do...
"Not a shocker, since it does have the word "iron" in it's name."
Hmm. I own a soldering iron...
This task made me think 'Wow, I wish I had enough hair to justify owning a flat iron.' (the moustache doesn't count). Then I read what is proposed in the name of science and am quite happy to have no way to participate. Eegads.
Plus, it heats faster and is easy to use on collars! Votes for an utterly sensible completion!
