Saucy Tales by Tate Adams

The mayo stared back at me from the shadows of the "newer" foods everyone cared about. It was always back there, but, after seeing it every time I opened the fridge, I disappeared from my memory as if it didn't exist. After "The Great Mayo Wars" of '17, it retired from being eaten. It couldn't take the loss anymore. Ever since it was completely forgotten about a month ago, its been having fridge war flashbacks. I suddenly remembered today it was back there, and have been thinking about it all day. I remember everything it went through, and all the case lot sales it survived, and now every time I open the fridge, and the chill of the fridge air wraps around me like a soft blanket, I take a second or two to salute and remember the passed hero's of the back of the fridge.
Welcome!!
