My family is notorious for--- lets call it growth-- in the refrigerator. Recently we got a new frig, so there was a serious purging of well...you understand. Anyways. I did find something of note though. See, back in high school a friend of a friend made Korean curry. GOD I WAS IN LOVE WITH THIS WOMAN. It was sooooo good. So about 2 years ago I decide that I want to make curry. So I go and get some curry sauce. now...It is sauce. The box says so....but its sauce IN BLOCKS. Well...to say the least my first attempt at curry didn't fail but I wouldn't exactly call it a success. Now....the box is primarily in kanji that I CANT READ. So...I THINK it needs to be refrigerated. So, it gets put in a plastic bag and put in the door panel of the frig. And....it sat....and sat....and sat....It still smells good though. And i mean....its curry....can curry even go bad?!
