Inventory:
* 1 Box Truck
* 3 Tanks of Helium
* Several hundred helium grade Balloons
* Some LEDs and batteries
* Pie and Champagne
* A Bad Ass Sign
* Few friends
* Duct tape
* A Market, on the Horizon, happening at Night, Lost
* Couple of Snarky Bastards and a cute girl in a Fuzzy Hat

Steps:
1. Park box truck outside of Noisebridge.
2. Tape up any sharp edges inside.
3. Cover walls with tarp.
4. Put up a curtain.
5. Tie down door.
6. Offer pie and champagne in exchange for man hours filling balloons.
7. Insert balloons into box truck.
8. Provide lighting and ground level.
9. Insert more balloons into box truck.
10. Eat pie and drink champagne.
11. Insert so many balloons into the box truck that there's only a 2 foot gap from the floor and the balloons.
12. Wear dandy clothes and a nice hat.
13. Drive box truck to secret location.
14. Attached bad ass sign.
15. Park box truck next to other odd box trucks.
16. Demand that people get inside your Upside Down Ball Pit.
17. Defy the Law of Gravity while still Obeying It.
18. Avoid the porn clowns.
